UPDATE: Still using the app and working great - and the support team is still very responsive! Although I just started using the app it is working as expected. I'm most impressed with the support. This app works exactly as described and will enable you to automate your emails and notifications. In our case, we are using it to automatically notify vendors of orders received with regards to their product. The app will send an email with line item details as soon as these conditions are met. Received timely support from the app developer. Highly recommended.
