UPDATE: Still using the app and working great - and the support team is still very responsive! Although I just started using the app it is working as expected. I'm most impressed with the support. They were extremely responsive to an enhancement and had it done within a few hours. Looking forward to working more with the app and team. Kudos for a job well done!
