Working with Emotive was extremely negative and exhausting. Pricing elements such as carrier fees, taxes, minimum spend requirements is Confusing and poorly disclosed, Reporting is extremely unreliable. I strongly recommend merchants to stay away and seriously consider Better and Cheaper alternative solutions before making the same mistake. AVOID!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Emotive for months now and they keep charging me. They were originally responsive but now never respond to any of my emails. The only time they responsded when I requested to cancel was to try and upsell me on their other services. DO NOT sign with them.

The integration was super easy. The best part about the Emotive is the customer experience managers. They are invested in the growth of not only my SMS list but of my brand overall. The one-on-one help is invaluable for small businesses.

As a person new to using SMS marketing I wasn’t sure what to look for. Emotive knows what they are doing to help small businesses, they are a full service provider, organized, helpful with strategy and listen to my requests. I recommend this team.

If I could give them a -10000 Star I would! I am a 50Million Dollar Brand and this company is attempting to steal my list and my short code phone number. They lied to get me on there platform and did not have the integrations and the insights that are up to date. When i said I wanted to leave they told me I had to pay 50K or they would keep my list of over 200K subsciber's that I have spent Millions of dollars over the years to build! They also refused to take there pop up off of my website! I dealt directly with the owner. I have been asking for my list for over 60 days and they refuse to give it to me then shit my services down. Non of this was in the contract and they are breaching the contact in many ways. They have not heard the last of me
