Powerful SMS Platform - Highly Recommended! We've been working with Emotive for several years now. They are continually rolling out new services that make our web store integration stronger and more successful. This is not another platform that you download or integrate with and then you are left to fend for yourself. We get constant guidance and assistance with regular calls with our account representatives. I have been working with Emotive for a few years by now. Tried a different company but the results were not good and the customer service was bad. Decided to go back to Emotive and have been working with Ian. She is a very responsible, creative, responsive, and reliable person to work with. Results are good and will continue to work with her and Emotive as long as the results are there and sales improve.

The customer service is great. They helped me get all the important things set up during the trial period. They were willing to accommodate for my seasonal business and gave me a discount and support even though I wasn't able to sign a year contract. It is easy to set up flows to reach customers with relevant messages. It integrates well with Shopify.

However, we only use Emotive for sending emails and not text messaging.

Great support and super easy to set up! We literally spent 5 minutes and we were all set with the Pixel. Oftentimes times, when setting up new software, the onboarding is slow this exceeds my expectations. Additionally, we have seen a huge lift in only 3 weeks thousands in recovered revenue and customer data.

Great platform, and amazing support. My experience with emotive is very positive. I have tried all other platforms and switched from Klayvio and Attentive and this is by far the best SMS platform out there.

Emotive has been a great hands-on tool that continues to provide our store with the sms results we want to see. The tech integrations have been seamless and timely. My only complaint is that there seem to be a lot of missing features that would be nice to have, but the team is very quick to offer alternative solutions and work on product updates.

We really love using Emotive. It makes SMS marketing super seamless. Their support and onboarding team is fantastic, they are extremely helpful in ensuring your team is taking full advantage of all of the features to maximize ROI. Emotive is definitely one of the better SMS platforms we've used (and we've used quite a few). The dashboard has a great layout, and it has all of the features we need to launch successful campaigns. The pre-built flows are super good on their own and easy to customize to your brands needs. So far everything has been great, but the only feature I would like to see is a cost calculator to show the estimated cost for the campaign before it has been sent.

The bes SMS App experience i've ever had with emotive. Setting up was easy with Emotive team. and using the app is even easier! Our ROI aftter using the app was about 3x for 1st month. still on 3rd month right now. Emotive Team spend alot of hours to keep us update and recommend us to us the app to full cap! i Highly recommend this app
