The app itself works OK but the pricing structure is very complicated. Plus READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. Parts are misleading and you are committing for a year plus automatic yearly renewals whether you want to or not. It ended up a massive financial mistake as the fees did not justify the ROI. I will never use them again.

Working with Emotive was extremely negative and exhausting. Pricing elements such as carrier fees, taxes, minimum spend requirements is Confusing and poorly disclosed, Reporting is extremely unreliable. I strongly recommend merchants to stay away and seriously consider Better and Cheaper alternative solutions before making the same mistake. AVOID!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Emotive for months now and they keep charging me. They were originally responsive but now never respond to any of my emails. The only time they responsded when I requested to cancel was to try and upsell me on their other services. DO NOT sign with them.

The integration was super easy. The best part about the Emotive is the customer experience managers. They are invested in the growth of not only my SMS list but of my brand overall. The one-on-one help is invaluable for small businesses.

As a person new to using SMS marketing I wasn’t sure what to look for. Emotive knows what they are doing to help small businesses, they are a full service provider, organized, helpful with strategy and listen to my requests. I recommend this team.
