Olivia J. review for Emotive: SMS Marketing
As a small business owner, I can confidently say Emotive has the worst billing practices I’ve ever dealt with. After missing a payment, they tried charging my card 29 times in one month. Yes, twenty nine. When I finally made a one time manual payment, they took that as permission to keep using that card for future charges, even though it was never saved or authorized for ongoing use. They brushed it off like it was no big deal and hid behind their contract. No accountability. No ownership. I get it. Everyone deserves to be paid. I’m a small business too. But this kind of behavior is shady and unprofessional. I’ve already shared my experience with a business group of over 200,000 members and I’ll keep speaking up. If you're considering using Emotive, think twice. There are better platforms out there that won’t mishandle your payment info or your trust.
