Technical issues with online linking to PDF's. No response when you contact them on chat, or through the contact formular.

We are using this app to help our customers download the user manuals for our products. The user manual can be downloaded from the product page or from the dedicated "user manuals" page, where the customer can search a product in the library. The app is well thought for this use case. The app is great and we had it for a long time and I've seen it evolve and get better and better as time passed.
