This is a longer review, but I think it will be helpful for anyone considering this platform: Call Center Orders: We needed a call center solution that seamlessly integrates with Shopify to support our direct mail efforts. enComm was the only platform that offered a built-in API connection between our call center and payment gateway. With other options, I was looking at $5K in developer fees and ongoing maintenance just to get the integration working. With enComm, the integration was flawless and incredibly cost-effective—an insane value for what we got. Online Storefront: Our subscription conversion rate has improved 5x compared to our previous tool. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the setup is straightforward. What's even better is the flexibility and ease of modification—it feels like custom-designed work rather than a generic, off-the-shelf solution. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for Encomm. Encomm is the best of the best. You won't find anything like Encomm out there in the market especially for the price that they're offering. Their support is world class and I mean it. They really care for your success as your success is theirs. Try them out and I guarantee that you won't regret it.
