App potential is awesome but a number of basic features require the $300 mo. plan. For example, just being able to create a customer group based on product ordered requires this high tier plan as opposed to the $60 or $160 monthly one. I get software developers invest a lot of money to build out these tools and cannot give the service away, but to put in perspective, SalesForce Enterprise is $165 mo. by comparsion. For this app expect to pay $3600 a year to use most features. At least for us, anything extra we want to do requires the $300 plan. We can at do some extremely basic (but useful) stuff in the app for $60mo and will use this for that until we can evaluate other options.

Endear is a great tool for leveling up brand/client engagement. All client data from Shopify is immediately available in Endear, enabling our team to action strategic outreach based on purchase history and previous communication. From one email/text to an individual to larger group segmented messaging - Endear has the filtering capabilities to allow us to create personalized, effective messaging at all scales. The Endear team is always there to help and hear our feedback which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

We've utilized Endear at our business for a number of years and it has become an integral part of our ecosystem. Our retail staff across all our stores utilize it daily as a means for more personal, interactive communication with our customers and it has become not just an important selling tool, but one of the few direct conversations we can have with our customers. Highly recommend for CRM/clientelling etc.

As a small business, the personalized communication Endear facilitates to clients combined with the streamlined interface and analytics is a gamechanger. We’ve been able to take our analog client book and modernize it with Endear. This allows us to reach customers at scale while continuing to provide a warm and personalized experience. The analytics have helped us track where our marketing dollars are going and it’s clear that Endear drives sales to our website and in store shop.

Wow, as an FYI, there are multiple limits on your products like "Length of Title" must be 50 characters or less. That alone ruled out using 80% of my inventory! Also the introductory $60/mo plan is virtually useless, the $144 isn't much better. Oh and I forgot to mention that there are NO changes, modifications, etc unless you go to the Pro Plan. Good luck, had to pass on what seemed to be a decent app.

Endear makes maintaining and growing our client relationships a breeze. The technology is always improving and they are open to feedback and continuously working to make the app better to use. Endear has great potential, but they make life very difficult. For example one support ticket can be answered relatively quickly whereas another support ticket can be left for days; they offered us a discount and then repeatedly tried charged us the full amount, which when we lodged a support ticket they tried to explain away as a mistake - we are not suggesting that they are dishonest, but it is clearly their responsibility to have systems in place that avoid these types of mistake. However, the most important limitation is that they only support calling and messaging in the USA, so if you are from Europe, or if you have customers in Europe or actually outside of the USA then you cannot use their system. This is very disappointing as we have a strong presence in Europe and the Middle East and they cannot offer us numbers for these areas or even offer us the ability to message these areas. We hope this changes.

Endear has been a great addition to our marketing mix – especially being early stage. There are a couple platform organization tools that would be helpful – but are in the works. It is definitely worth the platform cost. The app was incredibly easy to implement with no dev help needed. The entire experience has been seamless and support is very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend!

Amazing app and CRM for your retail store. So many features and use cases make this app a must-have for any Shopify store. As we have integrated it more over the past month we have seen a major increase in sales and repeat customers. Their support is also spot on.

The best sales enablement tool on the market - a must have for clothing retailers. Endear helped us build customer relationships, increase retention, and increase our AOV with custom lookbooks. Endear's customer service is incredible - they made setup a breeze and continue to help us optimize our use of the app as needed.

Endear has allowed us to connect with customers on a more personal level across retail and online. The ability to directly communicate through a customer's preferred channel is pivotal to a great customer experience. The app is easy to use and quick to onboard. Also can not beat their prompt customer support replies.

Endear has been a wonderful tool which allowed us to build a personal styling program so we may connect with our customers on a one to one level. The reporting and lookbooks are extremely easy to use and you can customize both areas based on your company needs. We rolled Endear out to our Retail stores when they were closed for Covid and it allowed us to continue to generate additional revenue. The Endear team is also very responsive and always helpful when it comes to my never ending questions and dev suggestions! Highly recommend.

Endear is a Customer Relationship Management and Clienteling app designed predominantly for apparel, accessories, and home brands (as well as adjacent retailers) with physical stores.

We just started using Endear 2 weeks ago and have already seen sales gains to our online business. It's great to be able to break down clients into groups based on historical interactions, sales, etc, and the tool is so easy to use, we were able to pick it up right away. Can't wait to see what else they come up with, and how many sales we're able to add to the bottom line as we head into fall selling.

To put simply, I love Endear! Finally I have one location where my team and I can see all the information we need about a customer AND chat with them! My favorite part comes after interacting with customers in store to messaging them in Endear. I can immediately send them a thank you for their purchase and create a look book with some other items they might be interested in. Thanks for the awesome app!

This is great! We love it and our customers do too- very user friendly from both sides. In a little over a month, we've been able to drive sales from customers that we hadn't heard from in over a year.
