I recently migrated my website from WooCommerce to Shopify, and I've been using Envia.com for years. Since the transition, I've repeatedly requested support via email, phone, and chat. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received a response. Shipment status notifications are not being sent to customers, and according to Shopify Support, this is because Envia.com routes these communications through its own platform. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach anyone who can help resolve the issue. After years as a customer, the complete lack of support is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this app to Shopify merchants. Of all the Shopify apps I've used, Envia.com has provided by far the worst customer service experience.

Envía es una de las mejores plataformas que hay en Argentina para hacer ecommerce. El soporte es un 10. Si tenés algún problema, te lo solucionan enseguida y se aseguran de que aproveches bien la plataforma y puedas hacer tus envíos de la forma más eficiente posible. Súper recomendada!
