Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand

I like the product offering; it's a nice mix. Communication is pretty good. Integration is great with Shopify. My only small suggestion is that there was a way modify designs after creating them so we don't have to re-create when making small changes (like names).

Love their print products - especially the totes and wallets! Designs are great. Shipping does take some time but you have to wait for the design to be created then shipped.

Easy to use and fast production and shipping so far! Eve has been very helpful and quick to respond to mu questions too.

I've tried several POD sites and for the moment I'm satisfied with inkedjoy. Customer service is very quick in responding. The first order was a month late, so I wrote to them and they explained that it was because I ordered too many different products. I decided to give it another chance and indeed the second order was shipped after 2 days and received by me after another 8 days. All perfect.

I have used this app a lot to create POD products and it really works great. The products are very good quality, the prices competitive and the workflow is clear, from the order creation to the shipment tracking. I highly recommend it!

i like this app. it is a great app. I designed for my store but didn't get an order yet. hope the quality is good. the verity of pictures is nice and easy to use. I hope they will add some more products for printing. great app! the only thing I don't like is that i found out that some items i put in my store doesn't exist anymore and there is no way to know it but check every day my all products

Started my POD shop a few months ago, but just recently discovered InkedJoy. Love their suspender dresses! The all-over-prints come out vibrant and perfect! Wendy has been such a great help with my branding and also resolving an issue with one of my orders. Can't wait to see the new branding on future orders! May-2024: InkedJoy continues to provide excellent customer service. I noticed errors in my design that Wendy helped correct quickly before the products went to Production. Definitely top-notch service.

They have been able to source most products that we had sold-out on to ensure we meet our customers' demands. Ultimately their product and services offers a wide range with a quick turnaround experience. I would recommend to other fellow-like merchants would like to expand and trust in a service. I've been working with InkedJoy (EPROLO) since 2020 and have been happy with the service so far. Wendy is a true gem to work with. When I ran a biz on Etsy, InkedJoy became one of the primary PODs I worked with. Now with Shopify, the working relationship continues. What's great about InkedJoy is if you have any concerns that need to be addressed, just ask. They always have an answer for everything.

I have had a pleasant experience so far with InkedJoy (or as they were previously called Eprolo) I launched my brand in November/December and saw a few orders come in. So far, I've had relative success in bringing new customers via social media and I've fulfilled all my orders through InkedJoy. I haven't had any problems and I'm hoping they're as reliable at scale so I can grow my store with them. The products we've gotten were actually pretty impressive in terms of quality and matching the look I was going for. If you're a beginner dropshipper or you want to start a print-on-demand store, trust me, they work great.

I Love EPROLO because all my needs are here. The fact that I can uniquely customize items is great..

I use this app for my own artwork designs and photography. It is easy to use and works great with Shopify.

good app so far i hope it will work for us. i dont know about any other things i am using it for the first time so i need time to review it.
