Kaylee has been great! As someone who has worked with multiple agents. Kaylee from eprolo has been by far the best. I have stayed with her for about 8 months simply because she goes above and beyond. From reccomending products, to new markets and new opportunities, ways to lower cost etc. She does a wonderful job at handling the inventory and monitoring things so i can focus on scale and front end issues. I would highly recommend!

I have been using EPROLO for over a year, I am very satisfied with the service. In addition, customer service responds quickly, which is very important. Shipping times are on average fast. I am very satisfied, the only thing I would improve is making possibile to know through their integration with shopify if a product you have imported is out of stock. Apart from that, really very satisfied I recommend it

The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service.

Eprolo is our first supplier since we started our business in Greece and Cyprus via our official site : ecosmos.store on Shopify platform. We are very satisfied by its content that is why we sell here in Greece and Cyprus.
