Thats are verry unfair what we meet here , the eprolo is not meet theyr own rulles and that company its re-selling products from alliexpres . we HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMAND FOR USE IT. verry poor quality products and time shipping its take 1month

The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service.

im broke my store clothing , with that EPROLO , verry poor quality products with a bad attitudine from support contact, ever also the delivery its take more than 1 month for get it.

Be carefull on this type of app its broke my BUSSINS of 4 years , with FAKE SHIPPING TIME and ITEMS AND TERIFYED OF POOR QUALITY . please shopify delete this time of suppliers from here

This app has made it very easy to find products for my shop it's easy too use and understand I have had no problems with this site to date

Regrettably, my experience with this app has been disappointing. The fulfillment process takes an unreasonably long time, and the lack of responsiveness to my inquiries has been disheartening. In particular, my account manager, Ashley, has not been helpful in addressing my concerns. Timely communication and efficient service are vital aspects of any business, and unfortunately, these have been severely lacking. I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the customer experience.

I have been asking them to delete my account for over 2 weeks, and they have not done it. I don't know why this is so hard for them to do. Just delete my account already! Ticket #SEJT0: Delete My Account I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP. The support is really terrible even though they SAY they have 24/7 support -- they don't. Product selection is very limited, plus all the products that they DO have do not have accurate sizing, photos and information. Shipping is expensive and unreliable, tracking information is not correct (tracking numbers are fake or non-existent). The worst part is, they will SPAM you with emails saying that your Eprolo account has a new order -- even if the order is meant for a different vendor/supplier. This app will try to hijack EVERY SINGLE ORDER that comes in, even if it isn't meant for them. STAY AWAY!!!!! This app/company just sucks, period. Shopify should not have them listed on the app store. @Shopify you guys need to get rid of this horrible app! Update 5/30/2023 I am still fighting with this company to delete all my information. they won't do it, they are making it so difficult. First they said they needed the tech team do delete my data, and now they are saying that my agent is the only one who can do this. BE CAREFUL with this company. Once they have your information they won't let it go. I am about to hire a lawyer to sue them to get my data deleted. This is getting so out of hand. 6/3/2023 They never deleted my information. I reached out to Shopify support, I've spoken to my "account manager", I've emailed back and forth for weeks, and they still have not deleted my account information. These people are the worst. I give up. I don't have time to continue fighting these incompetent fools.

DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. @shopify PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM SERVICE. THEY DONT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES AND THEIR STOCK QUANTITIES ARE WRONG. I have been working with them for over 6 months: + Delivery available to most countries. Other suppliers have less countries to deliver + Prices for some products below - Inconvenient balance replenishment system, but if you immediately pay for orders with a credit card, then this is not a problem. Addition: support has become worse... We have to wait for an answer for 3-4 days. Now there are problems with orders, but they do not help to solve them. They say they will check and you have to wait a very long time. After I put 1 point, they began to work better and suggested that I raise the mark. I raised it to 4 points. Now I lowered it to 2 points so THEY AGAIN PAY ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEMS!

They are giving you 500 E-coin and 500 import list products if you give them a good review. The shipping isn't even good. Do not recommend

Do not use this supplier, not trustful at all. I ordered two products to test and in both products they screw it... one was not the right pattern and the other was not a correct size. I asked a refund and nothing till now. I already send them pictures that clearly shows they sent the wrong products and they keep not refunding me. Also the quality is very poor, they show photos that are not at all equivalent to reality. They dont care at all about their customers...if this was a test order i guess they should make all the efforts to keep clients...but if they do this in a test order , i can imagine in the future...

Very bad! I did an order on 2 of April and since today I don't know where is my order, I wrote them to know the situation of my product, and the response was that the order was prepared 12 of April, passed 15 days I wrote them again and they said that the order was prepared on 26 of April, so I got tired, and I have to make conscious to everyone that this app is one of the worst apps that I met ¡Not the best option to work with!

Very poor app customer service is terrible they don't understand my questions, going round in circles beware of using this app.
