Eprolo has been nothing but supportive and helpful with their service. I had a lot of custom asks of them to do some different things with their platform and use it more as a fulfillment service rather than a dropshipping center. They were super accommodating. The apps integration with shopify works well. Would recommend.

I luv how easy it is to connect dropshipping options to my Shopify store. All the images and details ensure that I as the seller understand the product in case my customers have questions and also can satisfy concerns buyers may have prior to purchasing from my store... I found them because they also connect to other platforms but their process in connection to Shopify I find to be the smoothest and most accurate for my needs.

When compared to other providers the customer service is unmatched! The best one out there! I used to always order from AliExpress, but it was a hit or miss — shipping took forever, and I was never sure about the quality. Ever since I started using this app, it’s been a complete game changer. The prices are just as good, but the difference in customer service is huge. They actually respond quickly, and I feel like they genuinely care if something goes wrong. Plus, the products arrive way faster and are way better quality than what I was used to. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to AliExpress. This just feels way more reliable.
