EPROLO-Dropshipping and Branding is a great platform to integrate into your online store. Rick makes each process very smooth with the incredibly prompt response time on any question/uncertainty you may have. Having this almost instant chat feature for guidance is a lifesaver especially when you are new to the platform.

Customer service is on point! Kaylee always gets back to us quickly and is able to help us with everything that we need. The App has heaps of great features that make integration to our store seamless. Have used many providers in the past and Eprolo by far have been the best to work with!

Customer service is great, and the products for me are like anything else you have to choose what audience you want to reach and find a product here that matches that, my major beefs are I dont know what time customer service opens cause I tend to only get responses after 7-8pm CST time in America, another issue is the inventory info, if my store is connected to the inventory it should auto update, I dont like finding out the last minute that something that shows me over a few hundred is out of stock on there side and Im ordering it from EPROLO, thats bad for business. Shipment on fulfillments is fine to me with express, its the processing time that takes way longer than it should in my opinion, Im still new and I prefer the simplicity of using the store cause there is no guess working in the shipping, I just dont like that it can take 3-5 days JUST to ship an item

Managing orders have been really easy and smooth with Eprolo. Moreover, Eprolo executives have been super supportive and helpful at every steps. We had a lot of custom requests and our agent Kaylee have aways been super accommodating. She always supported us with high promptness. Definitely recommend Eprolo!

I’ve been working with Bella for around three years now, and honestly, she’s just been there through everything. There were times when things were moving fast, and times when my business slowed down, but she always stayed present answering questions, checking things with the factory, following up, and just making sure things kept moving on her side. What I appreciate is that it never feels transactional. We talk business, of course, but there’s also a real connection there even small things like checking in around holidays or just keeping communication open. I’d definitely recommend working with Bella if you’re looking for someone who actually stays with you long-term and supports the process, not just the order.

Eprolo offers an interesting solution for finding products that are not available on other platforms, often at attractive prices. However, the quality of the garments sometimes leaves something to be desired, even though the company claims to carry out quality controls. Despite this, the speed and affordability of delivery are strong points, as is the advantage of having a single point of contact for order-related questions and support. Although they don't have the full range of items found on other platforms, Eprolo remains an option to consider.

I have had Irving deal with my questions. Apart from the different time zones I always get a reply very helpful and has been a delight to deal with . Helped Me with every question iv had. Highly recommend can not fault
