I’ve been using EPROLO for my Shopify store, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The platform is easy to use, product sourcing is simple, and the order fulfillment process is smooth. It saves me a lot of time compared to handling everything manually. Ashley has been very helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I had questions about orders or tracking. Communication has been clear, and support is quick when needed. I appreciate the effort the team puts into helping sellers manage their stores more efficiently. Looking forward to continuing working together.

Très bonne expérience, un agent réactif et toujours disponible malgré le décalage horaire. J'utilise eprolo pour mes 4 shops et j'ai arrêté avec Aliexpress complètement.

I have been working over the years with several drop shipping agents and suppliers. By far eprolo delivers the best service so far! If there should be an issue with an order they try to either resend the product, issue a refund, or find some other solution. Most suppliers do not do that, find excuses why your claim is not valid and you end up paying for bad quality products to keep your customers happy. The App is easy to use and they are able to source pretty much any product you can find on Aliexpress. In light of the very good customer service, I would choose eprolo over any other supplier out there. 100% recommend it!!

Customer service is very attentive, and my agent Kaylee helps me a lot whenever I need help with kindness and understanding. I have tried a few services but this one by far one of the best ones. I have been using Eprolo from almost 3 years now. They are fast and efficient to fulfil the orders. You can even import from Aliexpress and they will fulfil those orders too. If you are looking for a drop shipping agent, I highly recommend Eprolo.

I recently started using Eprolo and the customer service team have been superb, I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I reached out to them, they were attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me resolve my issue. They took the time to listen to me and offered clear and concise solutions, making sure I was satisfied with the setting me up. What really stood out to me was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was working as expected, and even offered additional resources to help me get the most out of their product. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from Eprolo. Highly recommended!

Out of stocks here are ATROCIOUS !! There are literally hundreds and thousands of products displayed on the platform as being available for a merchant to carry in their online store, but 90% of those that are shown on the platform aren't even available at all, and Eprolo rushes out to try to find the item when you get an order. The product pictures sometimes look great but the product is completely inferior as to what is shown in the picture. The customer service here is very poor, you don't get any resolution on anything you just get talking in circles with nothing being resolved and a lot of apologies without any action behind them. Shipping time frames are the worst of anything ! The average shipping time to get a product to your customer is about 19 days. No matter what shipping option you choose it's going to be around 19 days, which is PATHETIC for any online store doing any level of business because no customer is going to return for a second purchase after waiting 19 days for their first order. The possibility of a reorder is ZERO ! My most recent order took 30 days from the day it was ordered to arrive to the customer. Yes, 30 days ! This is not a viable solution for a Drop Shipping Store that is experiencing any sales success and I guess that most of the stores using this system aren't doing any real business because certainly no store that is doing any business can rely on a supplier who has their customers waiting 19 days for orders and a gruesome 90% out of stock rate ! Pathetic shipping time frames....usually 17 to 19 days, even after you pay for a shipping selection that shows your item is going to be there in say, 7 to 12 days. Whatever shipping selection you make, shipping times frames are NEVER what you actually PAID FOR because you can pay for 7-Day shipping and spend the money to get your item there faster and it's still going to take 19 days. The customer service by the girl named Eve is completely pathetic, she only responds to your email or your request for information if there's something in it for her to gain like a commission for her in her next paycheck. Furthermore the company offers incentives to give them a good review which is clearly against Shopify policy and basically what Shopify would consider to be illegal usage of their App and using unscrupulous means to coerce people into leaving a good review... in fact that's what I'm responding to now because they offered me an upgrade of how many products I'm allowed to import if I leave a good review, but I'm not going to leave a good review because it's not good here at all, and the out of stock problem here is off the chain with about 75 to 80% of what you are carrying on your website right now is probably actually out of stock !! Eprolo does not care about having items in stock until you get an order and then they go run around chasing their tail to try to find your item that your customer ordered. I would definitely change drop shipping companies but then that would mean starting all over and I've already done that because of the same problems with the previous DropShipping Company I used before but this company CERTAINLY is not a viable solution to any E-commerce store on any platform if they are doing any decent business. Sometimes here you can have an order and think everything's all right and you find out three days later that the item is out of stock....after your customer, ( unbeknownst to them ) thinks the order has been processed because they already received an order confirmation email and here they are 3 days in after their order was placed and they don't even know that their order actually isn't even in stock to begin with....and then when the order is in stock and the product is actually available you'll find out that it sits in China for 7 days before it even gets on a boat to go to its destination of your customer, that's why it takes 19 days for them to deliver because the item sits in their own originating country for 7 to 10 days before it's even on the way to your customer this is absolutely no way ever for you to please a customer with shipping time frames and you will simply never get a reorder from any customer ever ever because of this. I ordered Christmas presents off my own websites and one of my orders took exactly 30 days to arrive !!! 30 days, can you believe that !?!?.. and that is supposed to be a legitimate shipping program for your customer, that's pathetic !! Holidays or no holidays, those orders were placed around the 15th of December and even in a worst case scenario should have been there before December ended but it took a full 30 days which in anybody's view should be considered pathetic to even imagine that your customer is going to wait somewhere between 19 and 30 days to receive their order and that customer, I assure you, will never reorder from your store, they will run far away from your website ! Sorry but nothing good to say here. There is one guy that works here named Rick who is excellent at customer service, he is the only bright spot with this company. I have been using this company for over 2 years too, so this is not an inexperienced person talking either. UPDATE; APRIL 2026....My order still in China, 13 days after it was placed, hasn't even left China ! Another out of stock on yet another order, had to do ANOTHER pitiful " substitution "....Gee, customers LOVE THAT, RIGHT ? Pay for 8-15 days shipping ( already PATHETIC ! ), GET 19- 30 Days instead....NOT what you paid for and then they won't refund a partial amount to compensate. I'm a short lifer here ! Disgusted, fed up, repulsed by the ignorance ! Who accepts 70% out of stock rate and 19 days shipping time frames ?!?!?! Find a BETTER SOLUTION ! *************** By the way, all the good reviews here are because people were compensated with increases in product limits they're allowed to import or other incentives to write a good review. I've gotten the email BRIBES more than several times over the past two years..DEFINITELY AGAINST SHOPIFY APP STORE POLICY ! **** MAY 4, 2026 .... ANOTHER LOST SALE ON AN OUT OF STOCK BATH AND BODY PRODUCT !!! THATS ABOUT 10 OUT OF STOCKS IN 4 MONTHS DONE THIS YEAR... and at least four or five lost sales because of this in the last 6 months....WE WORK TOO HARD FOR THIS PEOPLE !!!!....I'm going to start leaving a note here every single solitary time that I have an out of stock problem or an out of stock item, whether it just be an out of stock item period, or an out-of-stock item that I find out about AFTER I have an order and then maybe Shopify will do something about this atrocious problem !!

Incredible service! I have been using Eprolo for some time now, and it truly is the best dropshipping supplier I have found, yet! The prices and shipping are at a better cost than most dropshipping suppliers I have worked with, and the quality of the products are phenomenal. My agent Rosy, is also extremely attentive and has helped me with all matters. Awesome business!

I have been working with them for over 6 months: + Delivery available to most countries. Other suppliers have less countries to deliver + Prices for some products below - Inconvenient balance replenishment system, but if you immediately pay for orders with a credit card, then this is not a problem. Addition: support has become worse... We have to wait for an answer for 3-4 days. Now there are problems with orders, but they do not help to solve them. They say they will check and you have to wait a very long time. After I put 1 point, they began to work better and suggested that I raise the mark. I raised it to 4 points. Now I lowered it to 2 points so THEY AGAIN PAY ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEMS!
