Has been great so far, my only complaint is the processing times - I was expecting much faster shipping times, which is the case - however, I'm finding many of the packages are in processing for at least 3-6 days before the tracking information finally updates to show the package is now on route. This means that items are arriving in around the same timeframe as AliExpress which is a shame. However, the ease of use, the custom branding & more still makes this an excellent alternative to AliExpress - I will also say that Bella, my agent has been absolutely amazing throughout & helping with anything I could possibly need.

I needed information on taking care of our payment to get branding going for the company website integration with eprolo. Now I emailed late after hours for help not thinking about a reply yet. It's okay. My biggest concern is with the inventory quantity, which it's not accurate. They were always quick in their response, but for that reason I decided to not use their services anymore.

I have been working over the years with several drop shipping agents and suppliers. By far eprolo delivers the best service so far! If there should be an issue with an order they try to either resend the product, issue a refund, or find some other solution. Most suppliers do not do that, find excuses why your claim is not valid and you end up paying for bad quality products to keep your customers happy. The App is easy to use and they are able to source pretty much any product you can find on Aliexpress. In light of the very good customer service, I would choose eprolo over any other supplier out there. 100% recommend it!!

I have tried a few services but this one by far one of the best ones. I have been using Eprolo from almost 3 years now. They are fast and efficient to fulfil the orders. You can even import from Aliexpress and they will fulfil those orders too. If you are looking for a drop shipping agent, I highly recommend Eprolo.
