EPROLO‑Dropshipping & Branding

Im coming here to warn you all before you waste HOURS downloading and editing countless titles. The shipping guarantee that they promise is a full blown lie! It takes 18 days MINIMUM for shipping I hate to write such a review but I feel this needs to be said. The customer service is terrible. Good luck getting ahold of anyone when you need a answer quickly. There are on a different time zone and it can take about 24 hours to get a answer and even then its not usually the correct question that needs to be answered. So you re-ask the question again and wait another 24 hours. THEN here is the real kick in the pants. If you import any items in the URL area ( importing Ali Express items etc.) they charge you a extra fee on top of the original price as a "finder fee" because according to them theyre needing to "find" the item. I had a item that normally costs me $3.50 they bumped it to $12.00 plus shipping. I was forced to buy off-line because of this price increase. I contacted Shopify right away and they contacted the company and the company said they didn't do it. However I have copies and screen shots proving what they did and them also admitting to it. Because of their 'finder fees" unethical business practices and lack of customer service I deleted over 600 + items , hours of time, including me paying someone to write beautiful descriptions on each product. THAT should tell you right there just how serious I am. 1. your shipping isn't 4-8 days its 18 2. I also paid for speedy express shipping on one item because I was told the item would take a month and the item STILL isn't delivered., I now have a upset client. The express shipping was refunded to me however they admitted that it was never applied to the product and they're " sorry" 3. $400 down the tubes to hire someone to write product descriptions that cant transfer to a different company even if its the same product. I wish someone would've warned me like I am warning you. Use at your own risk. DON'T IMPORT ITEMS THROUGH THE URL feature it will cost you extra. Don't believe be :? see for yourself.

So far liking this app. Wide product selection and fast delivery. Highly recommend for shopify dropshipping stores. Branded invoicing is also a nice little touch. I like that it also offers fast international shipping at affordable rates.

I am SUPER happy. Eprolo literally saved my business. I got low feedback score from facebook because of long shipping times and custom fees from Aliexrpess. Now My packages are shipped to Sweden in like 9 days with logo on the boxes, and in one package and no custom fees. Everything is very professional with Eprolo, and my customer support agent Rosy is the best. Answers very fast and super helpful, and i have had so many stupid questions that she answered with pleasure. This is the future for dropshipping. 10/10.

I am new to drop shipping, but have done a lot of research prior. I loved the fact that Eprolo offers a much quicker alternative to shipping Ali products through their personal Express Courier with average pricing only being between $3-$8 for shipping within 5-7 business days vs telling a client they have to wait over a month to receive their product. I have been using this app for 2 weeks, but so far the customer service has been more then helpful and responsive regarding every detailed question and concern. Also please keep in mind, the immediate support/livechat is usually going to be easiest well after midnight depending on your time zone, which some people forget to factor in. However it works perfect for my unusual sleep schedule. I've still been trying to tweak a few things on my website, but should be up and running by tomorrow. Once I start getting orders in, I will update my review on transition process,, but felt the need to let other new shop owners know my experience and the level of assistance they have provided me with unlike other apps that I needed to disconnect from.

This is a great app. You can add products with faster delivery times. The Selection is updated often.

I am using this app for the last 2 months to fulfill my store with the products and it works just fine. I really like the very quick response time when I ask to source products I cannot find in the catalogue. Usually, I get the requested product the next day. The only issue I experienced so far is some of the products have incomplete descriptions and/or low-quality images. It would be nice if they did a better job with the suppliers to get a better product's description and more high definition images.

Alot of products from eprolo are more expensive than local shops here in the UK. very difficult to use eprolo as a supplier of goods. no profit to be made. new update as of 28.02.19 - placed order on the 12.02.19. order was shipped to america when i am in the UK. The tracking number is not working. its been 16 days for something they should be 5 - 8 days. Customer refund will be required soon i think. Not very good service at all.
