This app is very efficient and working with Yang has been an unexpected bonus. Her expertise and resourcefulness is unmatched! Yang is proactive to resolve issues instantaneously on the spot and remains in constant communication notwithstanding time zone differences. She is awesome and I am always amazed with her perfection!

Eprolo is a great partner with consistently high-quality products and fast shipping. In my personal experience, processing times are usually very quick, often around 2 days, which is excellent. For client orders, there are occasional situations where processing exceeds the promised time, but I understand this is to ensure product quality and to replace or repackage items if needed. One thing I really appreciate is the care in packaging—products often arrive in foam-protected envelopes, which gives me confidence that they will reach customers in good condition. Overall, I truly value Eprolo for their reliability, quality, and the effort they put into keeping both sellers and customers satisfied.

This is the most awful company ever. They found the worst supplier to ship products, and I’ve had multiple customers not only complaining about the quality but also receiving damaged items—and even used products. I was furious and had to refund them. When I reported this to the agent and explained how bad the quality was, they requested that I upload images of all the damaged items. But the problem was that I had already refunded my customers, and I felt AWFUL enough about the situation. When I followed up with the agent, all she said was that only a partial refund could be issued, since I only submitted some images and not all. Her attitude was dismissive, like she didn’t care at all. This is honestly the most unprofessional and frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. By the way, the agent’s name was Tammy. If you ever come across her, my advice is: RUN!

I started working with Eprolo and from day one I was assigned a private agent, Kiki Wu. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Kiki has been available 6 days a week, always quick to respond and helping me daily with any issue regarding orders or questions I had. She would instantly find the products from my website that weren’t listed on Eprolo’s shop and always at the best price. She guided me step by step through the transition from AliExpress to Eprolo, and now I no longer need to worry about suppliers being out of stock. Since I sell many different products, it used to be frustrating having to place 4 separate AliExpress orders for a single customer if they bought 4 different items. Thanks to her, that problem is completely solved. On top of that, I now have higher profit margins in my store and I can even brand my products, which helps me build loyalty and have customers coming back more often. I’ve had the best experience with Kiki Wu, and she’s truly the best agent I could have ever received.

I’ve been in e-com for nearly a decade, and I’ve worked with a lot of agents, both private and large platforms like CJ, but nothing has come close to the experience with E-Prolo. It’s truly a game changer! Having a dedicated agent makes all the difference, and I can’t thank Bella enough for making the entire process very smooth.

I recently started using eprolo for my business, and I only have positive experiences so far. Fast, great communication and a good selection of SKUs. I am looking forward to seeing the delivery times too .There is room for improvement in the portal itself, by adding more functionalities and/or UI/UX improvements. Yang has been a great agent so far for us. Her communication is great and response time is quick. She is great at what she does and her customer support when there are any issues is consistently good. Eprolo so far has been the best delivery agent platform we've used. Prices are also competitive for USA. Recommend!
