Apprezzo l'attenzione, la cura con cui l'area dedicata all'assistenza si pone nei miei confronti. Rispondono velocemente ai miei messaggi e fino ad ora hanno sempre trovato una soluzione ad ogni problema o disguido. Molto diligenti. Anche nella ricerca di prodotti all'esterno della piattaforma si sono mostrati molto diligenti ed efficaci. Mi è capitato di fare diverse richieste nel merito e confesso che mi sono trovato molto bene. L'unico appunto da muovere è nella tempistica un po' dilatata nella spedizione di alcuni prodotti, anche se nel mio caso, visto che faccio richiesta di prodotti non presenti nel loro inventario, può essere comprensibile. In ogni caso, valutando tutti gli aspetti e criticità, mi trovo bene con Eprolo.

They have excellent problem solving skills, they are superb great people in their routine tasks, usually they work for sellers in best if sellers carry out important requirements implied by Eprolo. Eprolo is best for dropshipping. don't go anywhere else, everybody just join them. Excellency Eprolo!!!!!!

Really easy to use on shoplify .. good communication .. also has fast shipping with tracking number. Eprolo is gonna be my long term supplier.

I have been working with several dropshipping suppliers over 9 months, but Eprolo is the best one. They provide very clear shipping time and shipping cost for each country as well as refund policies. Especially, Eve helped me answer my questions about products and how to use 17track app to help my customers track their orders. Thank you, Eve for your patience, helpful, and friendly.

I luv how easy it is to connect dropshipping options to my Shopify store. All the images and details ensure that I as the seller understand the product in case my customers have questions and also can satisfy concerns buyers may have prior to purchasing from my store... I found them because they also connect to other platforms but their process in connection to Shopify I find to be the smoothest and most accurate for my needs.

I recommend EPROLO! Account managers quickly respond and easily find solutions for any out-of-ordinary occurrences with their team. Even with complex tasks like paying taxes before the import; agents come up with solutions through the agreement with their delivery partners - all to to make your end-buyer experience as smooth as possible! We are really happy with their dedication! If the product you ordered is unavailable, they will find another supplier with an identical product and take care of its replacement on your behalf. They also conduct proposals for the most similar product (if an identical product is unavailable) for you to approve or decline and request price difference to be assigned to your account balance if applicable. These proposals raise the dropshipping business model to a new level when dealing with your clients while treating replacement proposals within the domain of quality control. Clients always appreciate transparency when it comes to image-real product deviation.
