So far so great! I was using Aliexpress before so I was a little apprehensive about switching. But it's been great. Support has helped me make sure i understand everything, but Eprolo takes care of most of it and otherwise it's simple. I also love that there's many more shipping options on items for my store.

I've been using Eprolo now for about 3 years and I've always found their service to be excellent! The shipping they provide is typically fast and reliable for my customers! Overall the best part about Eprolo is definitely my awesome account manager Rosy! If you have the option I highly recommend Rosy because she is very professional and always incredibly helpful. If I ever have questions she is quick to respond and find a solution! She is truly amazing at her job. She's been serving me for many years now and she's always been great at assisting me! I commend Eprolo for their customer service because of awesome representatives like Rosy!
