The interface is intuitive. The products are easy to find and to send to the store. Customer service is very serious (response within 24 hours due to the + 7 hour time difference). Orders are processed within 3 days. I recommend Eprolo.

I just started to use Eprolo and the Support is amazing Aiden Has answered and helped me with every question I asked. I recently opened up my store and started to get orders and the shipping times are phenomenal. I totally prefer them over the classic Oberlo Good Job Guys.

Shopify, you should not be forcing me to give even 1 positive star. I should have the option of commenting without stars. Better still, allow negative starts, because that is what I would give here. Where do I begin? Shipping times are not accurate. I purchased a product for myself and received and received it after 40 days, but it stated 14-25 days for delivery - that was after 12 days to process, even though it stated 2-3 days. I was charged a shipping fee but it said free shipping. Support told me that shipping times and costs are not always accurate and to please understand! Would my customers understand if I told them that? Product prices increased from between $5 - $20 and I was not notified. It takes a long time to manually check over 70 products frequently, to determine if there has been a price increase! Most of the products I look at have no descriptions. Support told me that is all the information they can provide and to please understand. Would my customers understand if I told them nothing about the product? Any time I have contacted support, they have no been interested in fixing issues. Rather, they brush it off as not important - bad customer service! I posted the above on January 29, 2021. I now want to add to it. I have had nothing but issues from Eprolo. Processing times are not accurate - I have a product that is urgent. They said processing will be 3-5 days. How do they work that out when their app says 2-3 days? I have been emailing then and today I told them it was day 5 for this urgent product. An email came back saying it will take an additional 1-2 (2-3 had become 6-7) days because they found a stain on it. Wonder when they were going to let me know. They wouldn't have if I hadn't kept emailing them. They don't always let you know when products are out of stock or discontinued. This makes you look stupid with customers if they order that product. EPROLO, I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT ON 6 MARCH AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT DISPATCHED IT AND YOU ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. If your 2-3, I mean 6-7 day processing is accurate accurate, this product should show shipping details, but surprise surprise, it doesn't. My customer i asking where their products are. Their inventory is not real-time, so you could list products that are no longer available. I have had a few orders that I have had to cancel because the products are not available. It is mt reptation, my business, but they don't care. I have had several orders where the processing has gone over time. They never have express shipping fees loaded, even though they claimed many months ago that they would all be loaded. I seem to waist so much time contacting them and waiting and waiting for a reply. This adds an extra couple of days to the delivery. So, I have had numerous issues with Eprolo over the time I have been using their app ~ 2 years. Their answer to everything is very often "please understand". Well Eprolo, please understand that I have removed all of your products from my store and have found another supplier. Once you finally fulfill this last order, I will be removing your app.

he empezado a usar EPROLO y cada minuto me gusta mas, todo muy facil, rapido e intuitivo, esperamos que siga creciendo y sigan llegando mas productos, Esperamos que funcione bien en Europa. Yo recomiendo esta aplicacion. Aun la estoy descubriendo hoy pero tiene muy buena pinta

I love this app & recommend it to everyone who is facing a long shipping issue with Aliexpress. I was searching for an Aliexpress alternative & found Eprolo. Shipping time is far better than Aliexpress (8-15 Days) The best part is no minimum orders & completely free. I have contacted other apps but some need at least 10 orders per day, some need at least 100 orders per month & some even need at least 100 orders per day. No one can get that much older when they start. I am also not getting such orders. I am getting 10 to 20 orders per month, cause I am just starting. All other apps denied working with me. Everyone is looking for the big fish, but not Eprolo, it is really the best app. I don't even have to contact them. I have just installed the app from the Shopify app store & that's it. When I get one order after installing eprolo I have contacted them about how to sync my order & got their reply immediately. The process is super easy. Whatever product you are selling don't worry, they will find the product & fulfill your order for you. They have great customer support. Thank You So Much Eprolo, you are doing great.

I am using this app to do dropshipping. Its easy to do. I would like if it did a few other things but I can live with the way it is quiet well. I prefer it more than Oberlo which I have too but am quickly realizing i really dont need Oberlo now I have Eprolo. Now I just have to figure out how to get it on my other sites my woocommerce sites..

I used this app for fulfilling my orders and till today everything is working great. App working well, is very user-friendly and what is best is customer suppport. They are fast responsing and very helpfull, Iam newbie in dropshipping bussines and can just advice this great company. What can be better is shipping time, but during this covid disaster, they can do delivery to the Czech Rep(middle EU) between 15-25 days what is still nice. Thank you Eprolo :-)

App is easy to use, user friendly and simple to understand. Most importantly, i chose to use Eprolo because of their customer service, Very efficient and helpful. I have enquired many dropshipping apps but their CS was the fastest in response. My account manager Lily, was very helpful and informative as well. She is committed and went the extra mile to help me. Excellent! Overall I am happy with this app and will continue using.

WOw... I am amazed and so happy I came across this app. I was not satisfied with Oberlo, but now with Eprolo my dropshipping business can go to the next level. I find it very easy to use and I like a lot the product selection.
