Review update: after submitting the previous review eShipper support contacted us with the approval of the claim that we had submitted 8 months ago. They did pay the full amount of the claim so I had updated the review.

The eShipper Shopify app has made fulfilling orders so much easier. The automation features are super helpful - from syncing orders to generating labels, everything runs smoothly. It’s saved me a ton of time and made my shipping process way more efficient. Highly recommend for any Shopify store looking to streamline their logistics!
This app worked well for few years but in Q4 2024 it stopped working. The Shopify App does not work, does not provide access to product boxes, weight, dimensions, etc. Requested customer support for weeks. No reply Checked eShipper website. No way to get support It is a ghost company now. We will have to remove it from our store.
