After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed: - New buggy and unpolished app; - Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore. - Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason. Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.

Stay Away, Nothing but problems out of the gate. App didn't work properly, unable to show customer info, and Nothing but issues. I managed to ship a few packages and was double-billed for one. Then apparently there were some system issues and incorrect shipment details were displayed, eshipper tried to charge me an additional $576 due to their system error. Still dealing with customer service to refund over a dozen additional charges that were not authorized. What a nightmare.
