The app is so so easy to use. It's reliable, simple but delivers what I need and I love looking at all my timers (email included) in one spot. As soon as my timers are up my sales are too. It is very clear they are making a difference in my sales. 10/10! Customer service is just on point! They answer quickly and explained things with patience. Sticking to this for my black friday sales! thank you team!

I had a question regarding the countdowns, so I contacted support On their app, it said they might take a few hours to get back to me — but that wasn’t true! Within minutes, Samuel reached out and answered my question: “Does the countdown show in my time zone or the customer’s time zone?” He patiently explained (several times, with great detail) that everyone around the world sees the same remaining time — meaning the timer doesn’t adjust based on the customer’s location. Because of that, I now understand that when I set it to end on “Date X, 12 AM,” it’s my 12 AM, not theirs! Thank you, Samuel, for your clear explanation and amazing support!
