Every time I tried adding the timer to my collection or product page, it wouldn’t appear. I had to reach out to customer support, and since they don’t offer 24/7 service, by the time they fixed it, my sale had already ended.

Thank you for your feedback. The changes we implemented were specifically for the timer, which do not have the ability to alter the header or navigation bar. We reached out to you multiple times with an explanation and also offered additional assistance as a gesture of goodwill. Zydrunas
