I needed help configuring our countdown timer on our homepage and opened a support ticket, not expecting to hear from anyone. Samuel replied to me within minutes, and we were able to load a working countdown timer within 30 minutes! I appreciate Samuel and his quick response. I'm grateful and very impressed!
