Fast, helpful customer service. Finally managed to put a "non-sales" display of drawings onto my Shopify with Essential Grid - responsive customer care.

The user interface seems unnecessarily complicated, but the app does what it needs to do and allows you to be very detailed. I had a few questions and issues, but customer service was very quick to help and fixed my issue in minutes.

I can't say enough about the gallery - and even more so the support! Every single question I've asked in their chat - regardless of the time of day/night - or because I really can be lazy and not read the documentation - is answered immediately and ALWAYS resolved. I wish these guys/gals made more apps - they're fantastic! They will help you with anything you ask. :-)
