The setup was incredibly fast, and I had my beautiful Grid gallery in no time. I ran into a small issue, but the chat support responded within a second and resolved everything immediately. Super impressed with the speed and quality of the service – highly recommend!

This is an excellent grid with tons of features. I only needed one grid display on my store right now so it's an excellent value also. I had one issue with dynamic collections, but they had it fixed before I could grant them access to my store. Great support with a great product. Thanks

I'm only a few hours in, but got very early AM help from Arifur to get me going on all the API stuff that I know nothing about. Excellent customer service!

We've just set up Essential Grid Gallery on our Shopify store using the free version. The intention is to scale up as more gallery images are available. We had a small glitch with the gallery on mobile. We reached out to support and they fixed it immediately. Aside from the initial issue it only took 30 mins to install and set up. Really impressed with both the ease of getting started and with customer support. Highly recommend.

I had launched my site and the 3 grid galleries I was using ran perfectly on desktop. However, they would not load on mobile. I quickly reached out to them over their live chat and their team solved the problem with a quick collaboration. I did not have to do anything but reach out and the problem was solved. If you are ever having a similar issue, reach out to them and they are very quick to reply and help solve the problem.
