Country Comfort Water Heater review for Essential Upsell & Cross Sell

I have just installed Essential Upsell & Cross-Sell. I'm not tech-savvy and couldn't get my product to show the upsell. I contacted support for some help as to what I was doing wrong, and within 10 minutes, I received a reply and instructions on what to do. Yay, it worked.
