Smart Novčanik review for Essential Upsell & Cross Sell

We’ve been using the app for a while now and it’s been a great addition to our Shopify store. The cross-sell and upsell functionality is smooth, easy to set up, and integrates perfectly with our design. It helps us highlight relevant products in just the right moments of the customer journey. Recently, we ran into a small issue where upsell offers weren’t displaying correctly when selecting product variants. Sebastian from the support team stepped in immediately and resolved the problem with incredible speed and professionalism. He quickly identified that the offers were loading inside the "Related products" section and fixed it right away. What really stood out was Sebastian’s clear communication and proactive approach — not only did he solve the issue, but he also explained what caused it and gave us tips to avoid similar problems in the future.
