Worst App , i dont know wht the problem is , the app does not load properly in shopfiy backend and you cant save or edit

I requested the removal of branding through the upsell app, and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently the team handled my request! Was sent many emails saying it was changing to a paid app, but no details on pricing or what I actually needed to do. App is now just blank when I try to open it. Was also offered a discount but no details on how to use that either
