C‑EDD: Estimated Delivery Date

New to the platform so needing some clear simple guidance. Unlike most others on here, I got 2 very jargony responses from their Help Desk, then they lost interest indicating they'd already provided the answer. Really poor, especially compared to another App help advisor who politely dealt with an an issue for over an hour the previous day. Haven't been able to use the app so cant comment on it, but poor customer service in my case unfortunately.

the app does what it is supposed to do. support is quick and helpful. the options to calibrate the app are great and you can use it super simply but also set up complex messaging. great app and value for money

I have tried a couple off apps and I must say this one comes on top. For beginners there are more than enough opties and they are easy to understand. The support team is also very helpfull and kind. I give it 5 stars because 6 is not an option!

Been using this app for two years and it has been effortlessly informing my customers of the expected delivery and the app fees are reasonable too, wasn’t expecting much from customer service but the support team completely exceeded my expectations, even going as far as to provide a demonstration video upon my request for a guide so I can do it myself in future.

I have been using this for over a year now and love how sleek the design is. Also, not to mentioned that the loading speed is so fast. Doesn't slow down the page like other app at all. Function wise: 9/10 Usability wise: 10/10 Design wise: 9.5/10 ( can add more template for the delivery) Customer support: 10/10 - Response extremely quick whenever I have questions Highly recommended. Best app in this category out there
