The team is always very helpful and reply quickly. I sometimes find the app a bit confusing, but the support always helps me understand it. They helped me customise the look of the widget as well. Great customer support

Excellent App! The best we’ve found after trying several and the customer support is super fast! Most apps don’t allow as much customization plus shoe ETA on cart and checkout pages. Very pleased!!

Customer service was very helpful in figuring out how to fix my hang ups I had with the app. It's not easy to figure out at first but I was able to manage. Be aware that category quotas (when you create a category) is limited to 10 and if you use and delete one it "counts" as one of the 10. I wasn't aware of this but the customer service, after explaining the situation, added back a large number for me to play around with and figure it out. Thanks!

Easy to set up, configure and up in running in no time. Like the addition this app offers to give my customers an expected time frame on our made to order product. Looking forward to being able to utilise the product category feature!

0 Star Review - This app creator is holding features to ransom at cost to a 5 review... Sure, No Free-Trial, or Premium plan membership but That would cover more complex features like Zone(s), Live Estimation Sync etc.. How can I fairly assess this app the features I need are behind an incentivised review? Remove the ransom.. It's unethical.
