Working with Ethos has been an exceptional experience!! Their platform is extremely user friendly and quick to set up. I was able to launch my loyalty program within a few weeks of getting started! The level of service is also amazing - they are so quick to respond and answer questions or help you make changes! Highly recommend!!!

I switched to Ethos after wasting months (and way too much money) on another app that promised everything but didn't deliver much, constant issues and zero support after onboarding. Ethos has been a total game-changer. The features are actually useful, simple to set up, and feel completely up to date with what modern stores need. In addition to the perks of the app, what really stands out is the customer service: it's fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I highly recommend it to anyone tired of overpriced apps with poor support. Ethos does what it says, and does it well.

Switching to Ethos has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our loyalty and acquisition program. After working with one of the “big name” providers, the difference in customer service has been night and day. With our previous provider, once they signed us up and got our money, we rarely heard from them again unless we reached out with a problem. Ethos is the complete opposite—they proactively check in, monitor our progress, and ask questions like, “Hey, we noticed you haven’t launched yet. Is there anything we can do to help?” That kind of follow-up has been instrumental in actually getting our program launched and making sure we’re set up for success. They’ve also taken our feedback seriously. When we mentioned that the apps web design wasn’t aligned our brand image, they didn’t just make a note for “future consideration”—they added it to their development cycle, updated the platform, and didn’t charge us a dime while we waited. That attention to detail and willingness to adapt has helped bring our vision to life and made their product even better. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and knowing we have a partner that listens, follows up, and evolves alongside us gives us real confidence in our long-term success. Ethos isn’t just a vendor. They’re a true partner, and I can’t recommend them enough.
