We’ve been using Ethos for Fomin and it’s been such a great addition. It was really easy to set up and actually makes sense compared to other loyalty apps we tried. Vohara, the founder, has been super helpful and genuinely nice to deal with whenever we’ve had questions. The app itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need without feeling overcomplicated. Overall it just feels like a well-thought-out product with a founder who actually cares.
From the first time meeting Vohara until launching our loyalty program, he and the Ethos team answered all my questions answered and ensured our program was launched to our standards. The onboarding process was simple and what stood out compared to the previous loyalty program I used was the variety of rewards I could offer to customers. All in all, I'm happy with the app!
We recently switched to ethos after struggling with our loyalty program before, and the difference has been huge. Setup was quick and the platform is really easy to use. We especially love how simple it is to run contests, giveaways, and polls. It’s helped us engage with customers while learning more about them at the same time. In just two weeks we added 54 new members to the program. Maddie and the team were also amazing during setup and answered all of our questions quickly. Highly recommend!
We are committed to being community-led but, like most start-ups, we have to balance budget or capacity restraints when it comes to hosting events. Ethos has helped bridge that gap by helping us connect with our community online. The biggest value we’ve seen so far: - a central hub to engage with our community - the ability to reward our early adopters for in their input and loyalty - the ability to collect, share and reward authentic ugc from people who actually love the product and what we're building - avoiding the hail mary approach of advertised discounts to attract new customers Also, Maddie and the team made onboarding a breeze - kudos!
Ethos is a great loyalty/rewards app and the onboarding experience is extremely smooth! The team behind the app is amazing as well and I highly recommend it.
