ethos: Loyalty, Referrals, UGC

We’ve had a great experience with Ethos Loyalty. The platform is straightforward, flexible, and makes it easy to build a loyalty program that fits our brand rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all setup. Their team has also been responsive and helpful throughout the process, from implementation to ongoing support. Overall, a strong platform and team that I’d recommend to other e-commerce brands looking to improve retention and customer loyalty. Shout out to Maddie and Vo for being great!

Fantastic app for offering a loyalty program for our customers. Unlike most app-based solutions, I appreciated how easy it was to integrate Ethos with our existing store and make it "feel" custom and branded. Additionally, their team has been amazing at supporting us on custom requests and features to really tailor this program to our needs. Integrates with all of our existing solutions as well, for maximum applicability.

We have been looking to create a loyalty program for our site and retail store for a while and have never found the right platform that can do everything we want while also being affordable. The backend is very easy to use and customize on our Shopify site, which makes managing everything really easy. We’ve been using Ethos for Fomin and it’s been such a great addition. It was really easy to set up and actually makes sense compared to other loyalty apps we tried. Vohara, the founder, has been super helpful and genuinely nice to deal with whenever we’ve had questions. The app itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need without feeling overcomplicated. Overall it just feels like a well-thought-out product with a founder who actually cares.
