Switching to Ethos has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our loyalty and acquisition program. After working with one of the “big name” providers, the difference in customer service has been night and day. With our previous provider, once they signed us up and got our money, we rarely heard from them again unless we reached out with a problem. Ethos is the complete opposite—they proactively check in, monitor our progress, and ask questions like, “Hey, we noticed you haven’t launched yet. Is there anything we can do to help?” That kind of follow-up has been instrumental in actually getting our program launched and making sure we’re set up for success.
