Highwood review for SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

Love this app for it's set up and design, but above all for the superb customer support from Reymar. I have to admit to getting a bit confused with the logic at times when setting up rules and the more you have, the more challenging it becomes. Each time I've hit a dead end and can't see the wood for the trees, Reymar has found and fixed the problem. Thank you!
