Downloaded the app. It seemed a bit overwhelming at first. BUT use the customer service chat function. Reymar is fantastic and with the support, the app was easy. It is working great so far. So happy I installed it.

Great app! It solved an issue we had with dividing a country into multiple shipping zones. During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. We use this app to hide/enable shipping rates for different customer groups based on tags and it works great. It's comparatively easy to set up (we tried a couple other apps as well) and if an issue arises the customer service responds quickly and works efficently.
