I made a huge mistake and ended up giving all my customers free shipping for about a week but when i discovered my mistake support helped me immediately fix it. They were kind, courteous and understanding. Great app - but ask for help if you aren't sure ! LOL

We're finding this app very useful for offering free shipping on bundled quantity purchases. Easy to set up and, when I had a hiccup, customer support was very responsive and fixed the issue right away.

Just purchased the one-year subscription and set up my first discount --all within 30 mins! I offer free shipping on orders $75+, but Shopify doesn’t let you add conditions by shipping method, so the rule only applies to ground shipping (not priority or the more expensive options). I wasn’t sure how to set it up at first, so I reached out to customer support, and Jason helped me get everything sorted. He was incredibly helpful. I was hesitant at first (as I am with pretty much any app I actually pay for), but I’m really happy with my experience so far. 10/10 would recommend!!

Ram was very helpful in setting up this app for us. I thought I'd have to do it all myself, but he offered to do it for me. I ran a test and it's working great. The issue we were having is that, in Shopify, if you set up a free shipping discount for orders over a certain amount, it doesn't let you restrict that shipping to USPS Ground Advantage. We were having customers select UPS Next Day AIr at a very high cost, which of course we couldn't do. This app lets you set those parameters and the cost for the app is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

i needed quick help during the busy season. and poof as i was struggling the little chat thing opened up asking me what i needed and 5 minutes later the discount shipping is working beautifully as intended.

Simple and effective shipping discount! I was having trouble giving discount code for Free Shipping to our new customers (Shopify has some limitations - the customer must have an account with address to be part of a customer segment). Customer support set up the discount for our specific use and it is working like a charm.

This app is very user friendly and easy to set up. It allows you to create shipping discounts based on a number of conditions. As soon as you start, a chat opens and offers to help with setup if needed. I chatted with Reymar and explained what I was hoping to do and he suggested SMART Checkout Rules and even offered to set it up. I ended up installing that app instead as it was exactly what I needed. This app, however, did work as promised and the customer service Reymar provided was excellent.
