App works as advertised, had some difficulty setting it up but that was because an other app was overruling the discounts. With the help of support it was resolved, they replied quickly and explained everything in depth.

THANK YOU! I was bummed to see that conditional shipping discounts weren’t native to Shopify, but I found this GEM of an app and was able to set exactly what I wanted. Shipping discounts on the condition of quantity from a specific collection. This was so easy to implement, and provides so many options. Super stoked. Thank you!

Great customer service. App works amazing for our purpose with a small exception. We're looking for a way to simply change the way our free shipping is displayed. Instead of displaying "Free Shipping $0.00" we now have set up rules to zero out the shipping amount as a discount instead which still allows the shipping rate to display. This is great because it helps fix the perception that some customers have become accustom to, that shipping is "free". Since shipping is not really "free" for us merchants, we have the discounts displayed as "we'll pay your shipping". Small issue is that the app currently doesn't work amazing for international orders. Problem is with currency conversion, so I reached out to customer service and received a response what seemed like instantly. They provided the fix but it requires that you create the rule for every currency you want to apply the rule to and then figure out the conversion manually. Not ideal, but I can just forgo the app rules for my international orders and use the default shopify shipping rules until that's fixed (we're told it's planned). Great service and great app that should have been default within shopify. Thank you!
