Outstanding support. I had a complex setup — Zapiet handling delivery rates, subscription and volume discounts that couldn't break, and a free-shipping promo that had to apply only when a specific product was in the cart. Shopify's native discounts can't do that, and the alternative would have meant upgrading my plan plus another app, roughly $800/year more. This app solved it for $7.99/month. But what really stood out was the support team. They diagnosed why my first rule wasn't matching (my store's rates register as generic shipping, not "local delivery"), they caught that a rule I'd asked to deactivate was still live, and when I gave them the wrong rate names they suggested a more robust condition so the same mistake couldn't happen again. Every reply came fast and with a clear explanation of what they were about to change and why. Highly recommended, especially if your shipping setup isn't straightforward.

Really great app this for anyone who does drop shipping especially and has multiple product partners. When someone orders multiple products from different suppliers i can offer a discount easily which isnt an option in shopify. also rapid customer service :)
