I needed to create a very specific free shipping rule: orders over $200,000 ARS should get free shipping, but only if the cart does not contain promotional products. The app allowed me to set this up exactly as needed, and the support team was very helpful and guided me through the configuration step by step. I tested it with different scenarios and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended!

I had trouble navigating some features of the app at 2 AM and on-line chat with a live person was available in the middle of the night. Exactly what we needed to control shipping costs in certain areas and the tech support was super responsive and quick. Other apps require you to upgrade your Shopify plan in order for their apps to work which is unreasonable. This was exactly what we needed and works brilliantly.
