Update to below review - support team reached out via phone and provided a tailored fix to issue. I was very impressed. It looks like the issue is being resolved, which is a win for me, but also a big win for the app’s usefulness for everyone else The app is unintuitive, and the customer support has a poor grasp of the English language, so communication is extremely difficult. the process of adding, syncing and managing products is not at all straightforward. They claim they cannot sync order shipping info any longer to Shopify, yet other Etsy integrations are doing it. So I'm left with all my imported orders failing to sync shipping and stock levels (what's the point of the app at this point?). They are telling me to pay for 3rd party shipping software to import and ship my orders because they cannot get them into Shopify themselves.
