Great customer service

Managing products across Shopify and Etsy used to involve a lot of manual updates, so this app has saved us a significant amount of time. The synchronization process is straightforward, and having inventory and orders stay in sync helps reduce mistakes and overselling.

Used for many years when were on Etsy. It was very helpful, customer support was quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Would highly recommend if you are looking to integrate between the 2 platforms. We were a high volume seller, with over 50k sales, but did finally decide to leave Etsy after 16 years.

Shreya was a delight to work with. She was very helpful. I was however confused by the app description within Shopify, where it stated Ai assistance. I realized it was only for creating categories and noth much else. App support from Shreya was amazing. Thank you.
