It's a very easy and helpful tool app on shopify. Ronex is really helping me sorting out the problem I have. 5 Star rating for his and his company service!

I have integrated this app first on my one store. Then, after a great experience with their support team and app feature, I have integrated this on another store. Good app and great support. Recommended for Shopify to Etsy integration. Thanks DPL team

Had issues with shopify/etsy sync after an in-person event. When I updated inventory in shopify post-event, it would not sync inventory with etsy. A quick chat with tech support and they manually synced inventory. They were super patient with me during my own computer hardware issues and very helpful with my questions. To help future folks (myself included), you must take your etsy shop off vacation mode before you make updates in shopify! But if you forget, contact DPL, and they will help.

This app is too difficult to use . I spent several with support, did everything the asked me to do until i tried a different browser. I was then able to load the app but unable to load my product to etsy from shopify. After 6 hours of repeated contact with support and making more adjustments i just quit and uninstalled the app.

It's a great app, transfers everything. The only concern is the duplication of listings but other than that, help has been amazing and the process is very simple.
