UPDATE: After using this app for a month, I feel like it has some quirks that need worked out. Some of my listings still aren't syncing even though they have the same SKUs. The app is cumbersome. I have to scroll back through the entire page list when dealing with a certain search criteria rather than it remembering where I was and going back to that point. For the price point, these quirks should be worked out by now, imo. Back to the drawing board. I am new to this app, but so far it's doing everything that I need it to. I've been looking for something to help sync inventory from the Shopify end with my Etsy store. The fact that I can upload product is a huge bonus. It's super user friendly. I also used their customer support on Day 1 to get clarification on some questions I had. They were super quick to reply and were able to take care of the one issue I was having. So far I am thrilled to have found this integration!

Although this app is helpful in automatically adding our Etsy orders to our shopify store, it is a little frustrating. We do not offer all variants of our products uniformly across selling platforms, because of this I have to manually sync alot of orders because I cannot link all products. Ronex was very helpful when I inquired about this. While they couldn't solve this issue or provide a work around, they were very helpful in directing me where to turn on sync-failed emails to notify me. I would recommend allowing products to sync regardless of the fact that variants might differ.

This app doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately. I switched from another platform due to frustrations, but that one still offered more flexibility overall. With this app, I'm unable to do key things like: – Set a profile to automatically adjust pricing (by a dollar amount or percentage) when syncing to Etsy – Create a profile that sets quantity to a specific number when Shopify's inventory is 0 Since I handmake many of my products and don't always keep an active inventory, manually updating hundreds of listings just isn’t realistic. One other note (and this applies to many apps, not just this one): communicating with support can sometimes be a challenge when there's a language barrier. I completely understand that support is offered in many languages, which is great, but it would be helpful to have smoother communication when discussing technical details in English.

*** IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION on your shopify-- but only ship online orders from a specific location, you do not want this APP. For example, we have a warehouse and a brick and mortar store. This app publishes the inventory to both on etsy, allowing etsy customers to buy stuff we have in store but not at the warehouse. Which caused a complete mess for us during the holidays. We kept the app for a few months b/c we thought they would get that fixed after we voiced our concerns, but it hasn't happened yet, so we are switching apps.

You cant edit your listing on this app. that needs to be looked at for the high price

Setup was easy, but don't make the mistake that I did. Shopify overwrites everything in Etsy, which is great to start, but I spent hours making edits directly in Etsy after the initial sync (tags,etc.) only to have it all wiped away because I had a box checked in settings that was easily overlooked. Good support, but a hard lesson to learn so I will be keeping them separate.

App is just okay. It doesn't automatically update your Esty items, and to try and figure out how to update the items is very challenging. There solution is to have another DEMO call. Tech support just won't help you get what you need done. Not the best app.

Easy to use App, but it does have it's own issues that need manual tending. Automatation would have been much nicer to have. I use it for my Etsy store, but unable to have a smooth Google shopping connection. Amazon would also be good to have, but it is not yet available. JASPER is very customer friendly, even at wee hours of the morning losing sleep time to take my call. I appreciate his efforts in helping me . But other than that I am yet to get my problem fixed. Still waiting on the queue for support.

I tried Export Feed, Codisto then finally Koongo. Koongo was by far the simplest to set up and sync so I went with that. This one does work as does Codisto. i would download all 3 and see which one you prefer. I would think Koongo would be best for the vast majority.
