This app is too difficult to use . I spent several with support, did everything the asked me to do until i tried a different browser. I was then able to load the app but unable to load my product to etsy from shopify. After 6 hours of repeated contact with support and making more adjustments i just quit and uninstalled the app.

Before downloading an setting the app up I reached out to them to make sure that the app could do what I needed it to do, which was bring orders into Shopify from Etsy and assign shipping logic to them. The team said yes it can and explained how. I then spent the morning setting it all up, and spoke to them again and they said actually no it can't. Wasted a good few hours...

Avoid this app, it completely ruined my store. republishing new listings instead of matching to existing ones, ruined all the pricing/variation pricing. going to take days to fix this.

I wasted over 10 hours of my day trying to get the app to work correctly. Not all of my Etsy shop listings would sync to Shopify, and not all of my orders from Etsy would update the inventory in Shopify. The tech support "chat" is just as useless. ... they kept saying to "sync the listings" after I kept telling them that the listings wouldn't sync. Then they tried to say it was because my Etsy shop listings weren't formatted correctly... I repeatedly told them that Etsy only has 1 way to format the listings and that if the listings were missing information, the listing wouldn't post... I asked them if since all of the Etsy listings were formatted the same way, then why did some sync/import but others would not... and why would some orders from Etsy update the Shopify inventory but some would not. .... I cancelled my subscription after 10 hours of trying to deal with it. I've got better things to spend my time on.

Our app syncs products and inventory correctly when SKU codes (or product names) are aligned between Shopify and Etsy. In this case, several products in the Etsy shop did not have matching SKUs, which is why some items did not sync as expected. Our support team explained this requirement multiple times and offered solutions, but the necessary adjustments were not applied. We’re still more than happy to help align your assortment so you can enjoy seamless syncing going forward. For merchants with SKUs in place, listings and inventory stay in sync without issue.

DESTROYED MY SHOP and IT WILL DESTROY YOURS! I have been operating Etsy print on demand for years without issues. The moment I synced my products to Shopify using this horrendous tool, my ENTIRE Etsy shop was corrupted. Product decriptions were messed up, photo variations broken, and fulfillment broken. I had made 200% sure to uncheck every overwrite option BEFORE I imported, and it still overwrote my Etsy listings. When I contacted their support, they denied any fault with their tool and told me "not our fault, just update your products one by one again, and it'll carry be fine..." Please for the love of god, save yourself the tens of hours you'll waste in frustration and avoid this trash.

This review contains claims that misrepresent both the facts and our app’s functionality. Our investigation into this case showed that the sync settings for product descriptions and images were turned off before the import process began. Based on our system logs, no updates were made by our app to the product descriptions or photo variations on Etsy. The user used our app to import from Etsy to Shopify only and that's backed by our logs. We offered direct support and even proposed a call to investigate further. Unfortunately, the user declined to speak with us and instead jumped to publicly blaming our app without substantiating their claims. We’ve supported thousands of successful Etsy-to-Shopify imports, and while we understand the stress of technical issues, we’re confident that our app performed as expected in this case. We encourage merchants to reach out to our support team directly with any concerns—we’re here to help and always happy to walk through the process step by step.

Spent weeks trying to get the products to link with between Shopify and Etsy and it never worked. We had all our SKU, Product titles, variant titles, qty, and prices that match exactly and it never would link. Support is horrible and they kept telling us they would respond and no one would respond. Chat is fast to respond, but often that ended with them telling us they needed to have a developer help, and then nothing would happen. I would not recommend this app. We also had orders that failed to transfer over so we had to manually process orders.

There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor service.

Sorry for the frustration that your upload had been halted. Similar to you we have been inquiring with Etsy why your token was revoked and where awaiting feedback and how to resolve this since there was no indicator why or how this happened. Ich benutze diese App jetzt über Monate hinweg, so etwas schlechtes und unkompetenzes habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Wenn ihr rechtlich abgesichert sein wollt und eine funktionierende Schnittstelle verwenden wollt, benutzt bitte nicht diese App! Das ist eine absolute Frechheit!

Despite the fact that the description f this app claims “real time sync” of orders and inventory, this has never worked for me in real time. I sell on Etsy and Shopify and want this app to keep my inventory between the stores in sync so I don’t oversell a product. After reaching out I was told “ Every 10-15 minutes, our app syncs. We currently do not have live syncing, but we are working on it for the future. When you make changes in Shopify, syncing will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and if it takes longer, you are always free to contact us.” I have yet to receive a follow up response. Is this app straight up deceiving customers with their description that it syncs in real time? If I could give zero stars I could, and I will be following up with Shopify regarding their false advertising.

The review is not reflecting accurate information about our app. The syncs are real time, which means data is processed as soon as it's received. Depending on the volume, response time of Shopify and Etsy it can be processed in seconds up to a few minutes. We have reached out several times to Northern Baby Goods but unfortunately we could not convey these insights. Absolutely do not use this app. The syncing from Etsy to Shopify is awful. Had so many issues with this app I finally deleted it. The sync would not update correctly and also if I had all the information input correctly, it would still result in a failed product sync. Unhappy and will not use this app again.

They charge you based on TOTAL SKUs in your store not what you ACTUALLY use through their app. So not very good at all

We also regret that you found the need to leave a 1 star review because of a different viewpoint which does not in any way is related to the performance of our app. Here's a brief explanation about the product count: Exportfeed interacts with Shopify in order to extract the assortment and update any iterations of the assortment ( + / - products, stock count, sold, etc) This is a ongoing process in order to deliver accurate product information to Shopify and third party channels. This is exactly the reason why product count is leading for subscription prices. A standard followed among APP developers in the Shopify eco system.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. 100% FALSE ADVERTISING. I downloaded this APP to integrate my shop with Bonanza. If you look in the Ad for this APP above, you will clearly see "Bonanza" on their list of 40+ shops they CLAIM to integrate with. I downloaded the APP and sure enough, there was a link to Bonanza on their main page and I began building product feeds to sync my shop. After spending hours building feeds for each of my categories, I started the migration process and found there was no "upload to Bonanza" button. Instead, the only option was a button labeled: "HOW to upload to Bonanza". OK, so now I'm clicking on their "HOW TO " button and I get sent a page full of dead web links. When clicking on the various links of their "How To" landing page, you will see results that state: "error, no page found". So now I decide to search Youtube and Google for help. hoping that maybe another Shopify user has had experience with this APP. Furthermore, I attempted to contact Exportfeed via their chat and no one was live at that time. After the Youtube and Google searches were unsuccessful I decided to send an email to Exportfeeds tech-support asking for help. This was last Thursday. So after spending hours pulling out my hair, I wondered if I should just abort mission, delete the APP and try another source. But I decided not to act in haste and instead I'd wait for a response from tech support. Well today is Tuesday and I got my response and I was shocked to say the least. I was told "Our APP doesn't support integration with Bonanza". Seriously. They have Bonanza listed above as one of the platforms that their APP supports. They have Bonanza in their list of choices for various integrations once you're inside their APP...but they DON"T SUPPORT BONANZA! How is this even possible? The only thing I can think of is that Exportfeed probably only integrates with a small handful of the platforms listed above and the rest are all just listed to "pad their resume" and allow them to claim that they support 40+ platforms. This id a disgraceful business practice no matter what industry you are in. The way I look at this is simple, and this applies to people and to companies: either you have integrity or your don't. If they're lying from the beginning about what their product can do, what more do you need to know?

Our support informed you about the mismatch with the Bonanza feed requirements and offered to solve this. Instead of replying them and have a working solution you’re showing frustration what does not gives a subjective view on our app. The app powered by a team who are dedicated to always improve the APP / solution so that our clients are optimally helped. This app doesn't work and technical support is incompetent. We gave them a try and after several attempts, orders were not syncing and the feeds were not being sent on a timely manner. This caused a complete mess with duplicate orders and unhappy customers. Save yourself the trouble. They can't get it together.

I write this to save others their time and sanity. Only 1 item uploaded to Etsy and got an error message for everything else, but with no way to figure out what to do. They're overseas so Live Help was always closed and the one time it was open, no response for the 40 min I was on the site. I'm MTN standard time and you can only schedule a session starting at 9:30pm and into the night. I emailed them on a Friday, got a response Monday, sent a follow up question and never got another reply.

The Worst. Nobody is ever there to chat, there is not live help. Cancelled a huge amount of sales due incorrect inventory syncing. Deleted the app. amazon has just INFORMED me that my account with them is at risk of deactivation, because my cancellation of orders is at 50%. I had perfect account health with amazon prior to this horrid app. Exportfeed, remove your feeds from my amazon and etsy accounts now! Your reply to me is a bold face lie. I have all the emails/contacts/my web developer emails, all that helped to straighten out your mess and have reported you to shopify. I will also reach out to Shopify CEO Tobias Lütke. This is not good business and caused me immense downtime, and I still have my amazon on hold trying to clean up your mess! You even renamed my products erroneously causing huge confusion. Apparently you were not using my shopify feed. You must be using some other feed unrelated to my account.

Our support has reached out to you for assistance within hours but you refused our help at that time. Our team will always respond within hours on weekdays or direct during our office hours through Live chat. Sorry to say but it’s not the Exportfeed app what caused your issues but it’s the fact that you submitted products to Amazon both automatic and manually. This feed is great if you have all the time in the world after 12 am USA time to chat with there support and make it all work. Then repeat this every time you access the feed if you are that person then go for it otherwise stay 10 miles away to save the hassle. Pathetic is not fitting here that is what this feed provider is
