I picked this app because of the support available, and so far have used the live chat and also had a 2 hour integration meeting which was brilliant, taught me everything i think i needed to know. Great to know they're a click away when i need them. I got this app to keep my inventory levels aligned in Shopify and Etsy. Brilliant so far.
