The app keeps nagging you to update constantly just to "beg" for reviews. It also promises that all languages are included, but in reality they're not. Keep looking — there are better solutions on the Shopify App Store, and for free.
I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience. Regarding language support, we have already added additional translations and language support. If there is a specific language that you found missing, please let me know and I'll be happy to add it as quickly as possible. I'm also available to personally help with setup and testing, and if needed, we can schedule a Google Meet to review everything together and make sure it works as expected for your store.
