Revoq is a fantastic solution for the upcoming requirements. Setup was quick and simple on all four of our stores, even with an older theme. The features on the free plan offer a great starting point for compliance. A huge thank you to the customer service team for helping us with button placement and theme integration. This is a must-install tool.
Ich bin super zufrieden! Die Installation des Revoq‑Buttons ging erstaunlich leicht – selbst für jemanden wie mich, der von solchen technischen Dingen eigentlich gar keine Ahnung hat. Alles war klar erklärt, schnell eingerichtet und hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hallo, schade, dass es nur 1 Stern ohne Kommentar geworden ist. Vor allem, weil wir vorher keine Support-Anfrage oder Rückmeldung bekommen haben. Was genau hat nicht gepasst? Gab es ein Problem bei der Einrichtung oder hat etwas nicht wie erwartet funktioniert? Oft lässt sich so etwas schnell lösen. Ich würde mich über eine kurze Rückmeldung freuen!

The app does exactly what it promises. The support team is incredibly fast and even added a feature we requested within 24 hours! I highly recommend this app to others.
Funktioniert einwandfrei, super Support, tolle App. Erfüllt alles was man braucht, um den Widerrufsprozess rechtssicher zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
So far this is working perfectly to comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in a easy and smooth way. Also Jonas was super nice and helped a lot with some suggestions to improve this on my store. Thank You
