I have been using your free shipping bar and love it now I am trying your timer for black friday. It was easy to install. Thanks for all your tools. So now my timer needed some adjustments and it's thanksgiving trying to last minute get ready for big sale weekend and need help. Thought I at least send a message in maybe in the AM i will have a reply. Well to my surprise I got an answer wait not just an answer but help get the bar configed around my menu and name so all would be visible. Did you hear me thanksgiving day. What a wonderful app and support team.

Loving this app. Professional look and so easy to use. Will probably upgrade to the premium app for choice of banner template backgrounds.

Awesome app, exactly what I was looking for. My site needed a couple small tweaks to get it to perform exactly the way I wanted, and the support staff was right on top of it. Very satisfied, would recommend to anyone.

Love the sense of urgency created with the countdown bar, and love all of the apps from Hextom. They're super-helpful and simple to use. Our site (www.aleapofstyle.com) always gets a boost from using their products.

Great and easy interface and an amazing support team. I needed help with the placement of the bar, and their team helped get what we wanted.

Implemented and realized that on mobile the app didnt quite correctly show the count down bar. I messaged Hextom and within a few minutes (on a Saturday), they were looking at our ticket and making sure it was appropriately rendering in mobile. Everything was fixed. Five stars easily

Very easy to setup, and looks GREAT compared to Panda Timer (the countdown timer I've used in previous stores).

Easy to find your way around. Started to work straight away, converted more window lickers than previously. Great little app, well done guys.

Saw 3X increase in our conversion due to the urgency factor. Definitely recommended if you're looking to increase your conversion :)
